The 24-hour front desk was always ready to assist, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. the proximity to Cowell's Beach and Santa Cruz Surfing Museum allowed for easy access to local attractions, enhancing my overall experience. the concierge service was top-notch, offering valuable recommendations and ensuring a seamless stay. As a lover of live music and theatre, I appreciated the soundproofed rooms that provided a peaceful environment to unwind. the flat-screen TV and garden furniture added a touch of luxury, creating a homely atmosphere. the hotel's location, just 55 km from Mineta San Jose International, was convenient for my travels, allowing me to explore the vibrant city of Santa Cruz with ease.
